Today’s dilemma: Ultimate or the Office?

I’ve been meaning to start playing in ultimate pickup games again. I went semi-regularly for a couple of months back at the end of last summer after I moved here, but haven’t been since. Gary, coordinator of both the Winter/Spring leagues, has even called me out on it! The pickups I like to go to are on Tues/Thurs/Sun evenings. I couldn’t go on Tuesday because of the Ben Gibbard show, and I’d really like to go tonight, but there’s one minor issue: The Office season 3 finale!

I don’t watch TV that much, but for some reason I started following The Office since Jan/Feb. Not religiously though - I have missed a few episodes here and there. But I don’t know if I can miss the finale, because I really want to know who gets that job in corporate and if Jim and Pam finally get together! I guess if I had cable and a DVR I could just record stuff and never have to deal with silly problems like this again, but oh well!

On another note, I’ve been having some major issues sleeping the past few days. Last night I went to bed at 1am, had trouble falling asleep, woke up at 6am for no reason at all, and couldn’t fall back asleep again. Almost the exact same story yesterday. Usually I’m completely passed out within the first 15 minutes of getting in bed and am begging for every extra minute of sleep in the mornings. I don’t know what the deal is - and I actually feel completely fine! What I’m worried about is when the lack of sleep hits me unexpectedly and I crash for 18 hours. That would really mess up my schedule…
