$hopping $pree weekend
If you live in or near Texas and were planning on buying some stuff at some point, you should buy that stuff this weekend. Fri-Sat-Sun are the Sales Tax Holiday for TX folk. It doesn’t include everything, but it includes a lot. I plan on doing a lot of spending this weekend. Basically, all that stuff about which I’ve told myself, “Man, I really want that, I totally need one of those, maybe I should get that for myself, I’ve totally been meaning to get this…” but haven’t done anything about it for months and months (Chaco sandals, more polarized sunglasses, dry-fit apparel for running/ultimate, more running shoes, socks, boots, cute clothes, the list goes on and on) - I’m getting it ALL this weekend. Consider it my gift to myself for the big raise I got at work a few months back. Or for my upcoming birthday. Or both.
