Harry Potter mania!
Last week I came across the trailer for the next Harry Potter movie, HP and the Half Blood Prince. I am excited! For some reason, I originally thought the movie was coming out in November-December. Finding out that it’s actually coming out in July? Sweet!
The movie looks great. HBP is one of my favorite books of the series, and I’m eager to see how they decided to portray the sixth book on screen. There’s so much plot and happenings packed into it, you know they had to leave out some stuff and change the story here and there. I’ve been pretty satisfied with the movies thus far (but I do think the books are still much better) - can’t really complain much due to the fact that JK Rowling has input in the movies - and I think they’ve gotten better and better. Of course, the main thing I’m really curious about is how they go about [SPOILER WARNING] Dumbledore’s death, which is probably the biggest turning point in the whole series.
Apparently they’re splitting the final book into two movies. I’m not quite sure how I feel about that…
