Finally, a new post! And a slight change in direction…
So it’s been awhile since I’ve written to this thing, but after glancing at the titles of the last few posts (from last year!), I think it’s safe to say that not much has changed. No, I haven’t gotten more kidney stones (thankfully), but I am still addicted to climbing and am still doing all the things that I usually do: work, music, ultimate, and sports. But I guess you can say that about my the past six years of my life…
One thing that has changed is that I’m now eating breakfast! If you know me then this is a pretty big deal. I’d gone over 28 years of my life without eating anything before noon, and while my eating habits had drastically improved since college (and I mean *drastically*), I knew I still had improvements to make, and adding the small morning meal was my first step. It has definitely helped my eating habits overall, though with my addiction to sweets and late-night snacks, I think I will always be a work in progress. :)
Lastly, the last part of this post’s title talks about a change in direction. What this means is that I am getting the urge to write more posts again, and that the subject matter will probably be more exercise related. Thus, this blog may very well turn into a workout blog. Slash running blog. Slash climbing blog. We’ll see what happens. :)
