I saw the latest movie installment Wednesday night. I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it at first, but now that I’ve had a handful of days to ponder over it, I’ve come to the conclusion that it was by far the most disappointing film yet. I would still recommend all Potter lovers to watch it (how can you not), because there are some good aspects about it (and the cinematography is awesome), but for most part, don’t get your hopes up and don’t have high expectations. The last few days have been - well, let’s just say, they could have been better. A horribly annoying rash broke up on my bum/groin, which prompted me to go to the doctor, get a cortisone shot, and get some Vanos - i.e. a $450 tube of steroid cream - prescribed. Thank goodness for my sweet insurance package with Pluck. The rash has mostly gotten better, at least in the area it started in, but I’ve found other spots popping up. Will this ever go away? I blame this on the bouldering and swimming trip we took to Rogers Park…
Last week I came across the trailer for the next Harry Potter movie, HP and the Half Blood Prince. I am excited! For some reason, I originally thought the movie was coming out in November-December. Finding out that it’s actually coming out in July? Sweet!

I finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows yesterday afternoon while driving back to LA. It was very, very good. It made me cry. Before you deduce any information from that, don’t get mad at me if you haven’t finished it yet - I cry at everything happy and sad, so it just means it was really good. If you’ve finished it too, hit me up so we can discuss the book and share the sadness that there will be no more Harry Potter! If you haven’t finished it yet… hurry up! :)

Last night was the Giants game at the AT&T Park, right on the San Francisco Bay. It was my first major league game!
